Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Here is what you’ll need!

Servings: 2

3-4 potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 375ºF/190ºC.
Slice potato in half then take the half and quarter it.
Whisk 3 eggs in a small bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Coat each wedge in egg wash, then coat in dry mix, until entirely covered.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

  1. this was the nastiest thing ever. I Made them. It was absolutely terrible. this Is the only recipe I've done that turned out disgusting. I've done about 6 by tasty. absolute 0 out of 5 stars.

  2. I made these fries last night. They were good and very crispy but I think I will try a little bay seasoning or everglades seasoning next time. Everglades seasoning is the yummiest seasoning ever!

Did u used pre grated parmesan cheese which us available in 1.25lb paking in a big jar of kraft company or u shredded the triangular bar and is there is any diffrence in pre grated parmesan which is powdery and that stuff which isnt grated and i have kraft pre grated parmesan and it doesnt melts why?

  4. Heads up: The recipe listed in the description doesn't list the garlic, as shown in the video, so make sure you add it if making this dish. I made these tonight, following the recipe from the description, and it was just ok. Not very tasty. I found the oregano to be overpowering.
